They began in 2003 and is FAMILY operated.

Their semi-guided hunts consist of providing you, tree stands and ground blinds set up before you arrive, and they will have done the scouting for you before you arrive. They are scouting all year long., they live near the property, so they know where the deer are. They will help you by defining the property lines and showing you where to park. They will check on you at least once a day and are always available by cell phone. You will often see them in the morning when leaving for your hunt, at noon if you leave your stand to come in and at night they are always within 30 minutes from the farm you are hunting if you need them to track or haul your deer. Though their stands are located for optimum hunting, you are welcome to bring your own stand or climber. If you want to change stands during the day you may do so at noon.

The outfitter will either meet you in the evening at camp or talk to you on the phone. When you kill a deer they will help you track and retrieve it.

The hunt takes place on over 4000 acres of private land. Lodging and meals take place in a 1st class Bed and Breakfast or in a mobile home, depending upon where the hunt takes place and where the deer are. Hunt takes place over bean, corn and alfalfa fields, you are allowed to bait in Kansas so we have feeders filled with corn to attract deer. You will have to enter the Kansas draw to get a tag, you will have a 50% chance of getting drawn an archery tag, and a 99% chance getting drawn for a gun tag; they usually have many left over tags for sale.

My South Dakota outfitter has been successfully providing trophy Mule Deer hunting experiences since 1965 in western South Dakota. His area encompasses approximately 150,000 acres of privately owned land north and south of Wall, South Dakota, along the rugged Cheyenne River drainage area. The hills and draws of these river breaks provide ideal habitat for good numbers of Mule deer. These cedar covered hills are their natural romping grounds and their “home on the range”, they have a success rate of 80%-100% consistently. This hunt is a semi guided 5 day mule deer hunt with a fully furnished lodge with a kitchen and a shower etc., and they will have ground blinds set up before you arrive in strategic points and locations. Meals are not included though you will be able to buy your groceries in town which is only a couple miles away from camp. Traveling to the hunting camp is not difficult; you can drive your automobile to the camp by traveling to Wall, SD, 50 miles E of Rapid City.

This outfitter offers Archery-Only Whitetail Deer Hunts to a limited number of discriminating clients looking for an opportunity to bag a trophy class animal.  All of the

Archery Deer Hunts are done under the rules of fair chase as there are no high fences.

The“All-Inclusive” Whitetail Hunts were created for the sole purpose of providing the hunter with a high quality and exclusive hunting experience. The Archery season typically runs from the end of September through the third weekend in November with the Rut starting around the end of October.  The license is a Lottery Draw, but as a Non-Resident, you are guaranteed to receive the license if you apply. They hunt thousands of private acres in Eastern South Dakota.

A typical day consists of a morning hunt, a nap during the mid-day (depending upon the rut), and an evening hunt. The can can accommodate all types of hunters.  All hunting is done from Big Dog Tree Stands and Ground Blinds with over 70 different specific locations on the edges of bedding areas, funnels between bedding and feeding, waterholes, and much more. 

The deer herd numbers are up over the last few years and you can expect to see numerous deer each time you take a stand. They Hunt over 25,000 acres and They DO NOT over hunt any of the hunting ground.  Antler size varies greatly.  The biggest buck harvested on their place in the last 2 years scored 183 6/8”.

My outfitter in Wyoming offers a 5 day semi guided Antelope & Mule deer or Whitetail deer combo gun or bow hunt in units 29 and 14 in Wyoming. The gun season usually starts the first week of October and the archery season usually starts in August. The Package includes, ground blinds set up in pre scouted locations before you arrive, also the outfitter will take you on a tour of the property to show you where the exact blind location are. They recommend arriving a 1 full day before so you will know exactly where to hunt. Meals and lodging are not included, though there’s a Best Western a couple of miles away from the hunting property and they charge around $90 per night per room. You can split the lodging costs between 2-3 hunters. So if you have 3 hunters it will come out to $30 per person per night that’s very inexpensive. Also there are many places to eat. Tags are also guaranteed in the units you will be hunting there are always many left over tags, though you will need to purchase your left over tags in July. The price of this hunt is $899 and there will be a trophy fee of $700 if you decide to harvest a Whitetail or Mule Deer. This hunt will take place on over 600 acres of Private land .They also have another package which includes lodging, you will be hunting on over 12,000 acres of private property. This hunt is $1499 and will also have trophy fee of $700 if you decide to harvest a Whitetail or Mule Deer during your hunt. The outfitter lives near bye and is always scouting the hunting property though out the year to find the best places locations to set up ground blinds for the up coming hunting season. Tag costs are around $312 for an Antelope tag and around $272 for a Deer tag. They have more mule deer here then whitetail deer, though they have a good population of both due to the light winters in their area in the last few years. It makes it very exciting when you hunting in your ground blind and you don’t know if a Trophy Antelope, Mule deer or a Whitetail will come out. They are only taking up to 8 hunters during the gun season and up to 8 hunters for the archery season. They are a small operation, and they don’t over hunt the hunting property. They would rather under book then over book. Their success rates are so high because they only take a limited amount of people and they do a lot of scouting through out the year. They will only take 4 hunters per week.

Ask about the unique hunting experience, they have deer in their ranch that they never see. Theirs day in that ranch that die of old age. You could have a 120inch buck or a 250 inch buck, it’s very exciting, you have to pay attention to the wind, rut and moon phases its just like hunting in the wild. They don’t do deer drives. The deer roam naturally they do have trail cams out so they kind of have an idea at the size bucks that are coming to the feeders

The Alaska Rifle/archery spring/ fall grizzly hunt is a 10 day fully guided hunt with meals lodging included. You will have your own personal guide (1x1 guide). The spring hunt takes place in April, while the fall hunts in September. During the spring hunt in April you will have to be able to ride a snow mobile. There could be a lot of snow at this time. The lodging is mainly done in cabin but there are situations that you would have to stay in a tent for a few nights to camp out in front of the bears den. He is running a near 100% Opportunity rate. The hunt is done in the cook inlets of Alaska.

The Black bear hunt in Alaska is a 5 day hunt with meals, lodging, and transportation to and from stand included in the price. The outfitter has baited bear stations. He will drop you off mid afternoon on a tree stand and pick you up at dark. There are no trophy fees for taking additional bears, your allowed 3 bears in this area. The hunt takes place in the cook inlets of Alaska. you could also add a fishing package to this hunt.

You will fly to anchorage Alaska and the outfitter will meet you and pick you up and fly you to his camp on his float plane

This outfitter’s unit is under Predator management control

The unit in Alaska my outfitter hunts in 13 and is under predator management control. In much of unit 13, predation by Brown Bears holds moose and Caribou populations lower than their habitats can support. If the moose and Caribou deaths are reduced, their populations will grow and more animals will be available for reproduction and harvest. There are also a lot of color phase brown Bears in this area. He’s running a near 100% opp rate on Brown Bears.

Spring hunt

My outfitter can only take 1 hunter at a time during the spring Brown Bear hunt. The hunt takes place in unit 13, it’s a 10 day hunt with meals, lodging, and a 1x1 guide included in the price. This is a perfect hunt to get a brown bear rug or a full body mount, the hides are in great shape. The hunts take place towards the end of April and into the beginning of May.

Summer hunt

This is a great affordable Brown Bear hunt. Alaska opened up summer Brown Bear hunting in unit 13 to thin out the Brown Bear population. Hunt takes place last 2 weeks of June and into the first week of July. It’s a 7 day hunt with meals, lodging and a 1x1 guide ratio all included in the price. This is a great hunt for someone wanting to see a lot of brown Bears and also wanting a half mount or a shoulder mount, you cant get a full body mount or a rug done on this hunt because usually the back of the bear is rubbed, though it’s a great hunt for a half mount. During the summer months it’s easy to locate Brown Bears they will be going to the river multiple times during the day to feed on salmon and other fish.

Fall hunt

My outfitter can only take up to 3 hunters at a time during the Fall Brown Bear hunt. The hunt takes place in unit 13, it’s a 10 day hunt with meals, lodging, and a 1x1 guide included in the price. This is a perfect hunt to get a Brown bear rug or a full body mount, the hides are in great shape. The hunts take place in the first 3 weeks in September

Transportation

You will fly into Anchorage, Alaska, you can earthier rent a vehicle and then drive 3 ½ hours to camp or you can arrange to be picked up by the outfitter for an additional fee.

We are hunting the MT St Helens Elk herd which according to the State consists of about 14,000 Elk with a bull ratio of one to three. We are hunting in South Western Washington, and the nearest town is Kelso. We are hunting a mixture of Rocky Mtn and Roosevelt Elk and there are resident as well as migratory Elk in our area. Because there is an over abundance of Elk, and winter starvation rates are high, the State started a 4-yr plan to decrease the heard by 2,500 animals. Come join Us in beautiful southwest Washington for a fully guided archery Elk and Deer hunt combo. This hunt is for both resident and migratory Elk moving into their winter feeding range. Deer are also abundant and we guarantee you to see both. On a typical day you can expect to see10-20 Deer and 20-70 Elk in this free range, fair chase hunt. The excitement is high when we call in majestic bulls during the peak of the rut. Come experience the thrill of canyons echoing of bugles and elk coming in within 15-20 yards. You will be a first class guest at our Elk camp during this fabulous hunt which can accommodate up to 6-hunters. You will be staying in either camp trailers or wall tents and all meals will be provided for this 5 day day hunt. The terrain on this hunt varies from flat timber and clear cuts to steep draws and canyons on both private and public lands. Oregon is one of the best kept secrets in the elk hunting world. We are producing some 400" class bull elk last few years. Most of these hunts take place on National Forest. Most of our elk hunts are pack-in by horses and mules. We have great success rates on shot opportunities.
